30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items for a full refund or store credit.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked as final sale at checkout)
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
Step 2: Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging (if possible). Include your order number and return authorization in the package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return label we provide (for US returns). Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.
Note: Return shipping is FREE for exchanges. For refunds, a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days), we'll process your refund or send your exchange item.
Refund Information
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process your return.
Refund Amount: You'll receive a full refund minus the return shipping fee ($6.95) if applicable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- No need to return the damaged item unless requested
